Can you believe they are already almost a year old? It seems like we were just sharing pregnancies, going to our appointments.
He only just tries food? Zara eats...a lot. I only nurse her 3 times a day and I bet she could go down to 2 now. Maybe I should let her, she's almost a year. I was thinking about continuing to nurse her once a day after she turns a year old so she can still get some good milk- I worry about all the hormones and stuff in cow's milk, you know?
