New baby, new jobs, new school for Nicolle

Life is pretty busy right now, I’m working many jobs including musician, river rafting guide, English teacher, and international recruiting for the same English school. I try to squeeze as much time in for the family . . .

We just had a baby boy, so that makes two counting our nearly-two year old girl. He's healthy and getting fatter by the minute!

We live in Provo now so Nicolle can finish school, she’s studying tesol so when we go abroad again we’ll be pretty well equipped to do our own school or lessons.

If anyone’s interested in studying in the US specifically Provo, the school I now teach at offers 16-week courses with excellent curriculum and programs. Leave a comment here (it goes straight to my email) or contact me directly in the mornings at the school, (801) 377-3223. See the website: www.nomenglobal.com. SinceI’m also a teacher I can vouch for the program, it has a great curriculum and lots of fun things going on, not just class but weekly activities.

Take care and write back, I want to know how everyone’s doing!

Long time no blog . . .

Johnathan was born a few weeks ago in the middle of the night . . . we rushed to the hospital passing cars, stoplights, and a cop and made it just in time for the baby to be born 8 minutes after arriving, delivered by a becuase the doctor didn't make it in time.
Colette is making the transition from baby to big sister pretty well, all things considered. The first few weeks of Dad putting her to bed were rough, but now she's used to it and we have a nice relaxing bedtime routine. I'm in Dallas right now, I played a gig last night and am driving a uhaul back to Utah with all our stuff . . . last month Nicolle went into pre-term labour so I flew to Utah without any of our stuff.

We're still deciding whether to go back to Japan or not . . . the contract playing at the club is very tempting, but we want Nicolle to finish school, we're working things out.
I'm working as a guide on the Provo river, it's a lot of fun. I'm going to start teaching English soon as well at an ESL school here, as well as recruiting and sales . . . it'll be a full-time position.
